As I mentioned in my last post - creating backgrounds with Washi Tape has become a favorite technique of mine. I'm going to employ this technique today as I create multiple wedding cards with Washi Tape backgrounds. The only other supplies you'll need is a set of 3D Wedding Stickers from Paper House Productions, some rhinestones, and some Adhesive Dots from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L (choose your topping for these - I went with foil but glitter or flocking would be beautiful also).
