Decorative Edge Scissors Card

How much fun did I have making this card? It was a blast!!! The flower is made just like the layout from last week - inspired by Sandy. I layered my scalloped rows and popped them up to give them a ruffly look.

This one was done for Practical Scrappers but also qualifies for Pile it On, The Cuttlebug Spot, and Frosted Designs challenge.

I love your card! Fist I love the pink and orange. That flower is yummy, I'm going to have to make one of those. Love how you did the scalloped border and make it pop up.
