2nd Paper Trail Project

I've been seeing a lot of overlapping banners on layouts and wanted to give that a whirl...kinda fun :)  Love the contrast of the more muted colors with the cobalt blue.

    I just love the look of banners, I am sure glad someone introduced them, to scrapboooking and cardmaking. The blue background is perfect.
